mostly running the
school, the Dean of Faculty, has had no previous experience
being a leader
of a school and often makes poor decisions without any thought

Most of the administrators will claim you don't know how to teach
correctly, but refuse to tell you what the problems are since
that information is confidential and cannot be shared, yet insist
that immediate improvement be shown. I know multiple people who....
