Comments: Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar pays a lot less than the other international schools in KL. The main criticism is no one tells you what you need to know. On staff induction, no idea what they offer for accommodation, no information who to talk to about issues, no warning about the 6-months' extra tax. It's very much a case of work it out for yourself when you need to....

It is unfortunate that a few members of staff at Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, through insecurity, make this place hard to work at. Equally too, if pay could match the other schools of equal standing, instead of being 60%, staff might not turn over so quickly or might....
