It's all about show at Kampala International School: school entrance is posher than the Sheraton Hotel, with two receptionists who file their nails all day; teacher development isn't valued (he considers teachers should be 'trained' when they are hired, it's not his job to train them); little time is given for....

Morale at Kampala International School is lower than any other school I have been to.
