Comments: Most teachers at International School of Penang have a reasonable load and generally the demands of the school are not great. There is a big emphasis currently on teacher appraisal with each teacher receiving four appraisals per year, including a student appraisal. The students are very well behaved but there is a huge range in attitudes to work from super-motivated to ultra-lazy at International School of Penang. But the bottom line is that they are....

The package at International School of Penang is average as far as international schools go, and certainly not as good as the international schools in Kuala Lumpur. For me this is more than compensated for by the fact that Penang is....
