director, who also owns International School of Zug, has, in my
experience, always treated his staff fairly and
honestly. The same year I left, there was a change in management
structure....
Support
for new staff is quite good and non-contact time is generous.
Resourcing and materials are available, though
the nature
of the PYP curriculum means you shouldn't expect to
be able to pick up text books and start at page one.
Teachers
at
International School of Zug are
expected to put in a high level of creativity, time and effort
in planning.
Housing
at International School of Zug is difficult to find and
expensive. Salaries are quite competitive,
but Switzerland remains a very
high-cost
country.
