International School Jumeirah has
seen a large turnover in both students and staff recently.
There are some wonderful motivated students at
the school, but they have been overshadowed by the new influx,
while many expressed that their families were joining the
general exodus of Dubai....
There
has been a change in the type of pupil
in Emirates
International School Jumeirah,
where academic level in the entrance exams is completely
ignored in favour of numbers on seats and money
taken. This has resulted in a large number of pupils whose
basic level of English and Math is very poor and many.....
To
teach at Emirates International School Jumeirah could be a
good option if you wish to get administrative experience, as
many
staff
in
those
roles
are
leaving....
Beware
of your contract at Emirates
International School,
as with many in the Middle East, it’s not worth the paper
it’s written on
and the school will not support you when the administration
decide to do something like lower allowances.
