foreign teachers are hired every two years at Ecole
Mondiale World School.
In
general, contracts are never renewed, but you are not informed
of this on being hired, and then you find your job advertised
in October of the 2nd year, without having been asked if you
are interested in staying on. Reason? Ecole
Mondiale World School would
have to pay 30% Indian taxes on expat salaries the 3rd year,
and to save
money, they simply....
The
operation and administration of Ecole
Mondiale World School,
a for-profit endeavor, is very
messy, disorganized and confusing.... No one really knows who
is in charge of what at Ecole
Mondiale World School,
or who
is making the decisions. Is it the owner? The HOS? The local-hire
Administration officer? One never knows who to go to for....
