Comments: Unfortunately, at the interview, the suggestion is made that the
Istek Schools are there, and that subject teachers are recruited,
only
to find on arrival that you will never teach your subject at the
standard that you are used to in other international schools. You
will end up teaching English to students with basic, broken English
skills....
On balance, the conditions are good if that is what you are interested
in teaching. The housing is good at Istek Foundation, the salaries are average, the
administration and fellow colleagues are nice people who are trying
their best, but if you were hoping to teach IB Chemistry or IGCSE
History, forget it. You will be put back to the....
